Great pictures! Hey Mike - thanks for the call last Sunday. I'm still hangin in there with the double MCL tears. It's getting better, but it's slow. I like the "bow without the blow" regarding the Ozone. I asked Brian what Ozone would call their kite if they ever did a bow. I recommended t...

If there's wind and snow, I'm headed there, too. Should be at Garrison about the same time. Mike, if you have a change of plans/launches, please give me a call.

Just like to make a couple corrections to what was written in the article. Dorian and I have been kiting for over 4 years, not one like was mentioned. Also, we didn't learn from a book  , not sure where that came from. One part that was true was that at age 72, Dorian is learing how to get som...

Great time at Cedar today! Snow cover was GREAT. I think this is my first (and hopefully my last) time I went from a 12 meter Ozone to a 5 meter Ozone within a half hour! Eeks, the wind got gusty! Due to it's location, I'll be out there many times this year. Plus, I found a new watering hole  w...

I was at WBL/Ramsey around noon. Drilled many holes and measured debths on the bit. Anywhere from 3 1/2 to 4 1/2" at about 150 yards out from shore. Later went to Steve B's Cedar Lake on the North side public access. Same measurements. Anywhere from 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 but with a couple inches of sn...

Hey Mike, I'm up for a ride today! Is Lake Marion in Lakeville? I'll try to find it if that is the call. Spent last weekend at Skyline, UT for the Ozone Freeride. Brian, Heather, Emily and the Ozone crew were outstanding and perfect hosts. The New York Times sent out a reporter for the entire weeken...

I'll give you directions to where we were at and where the locals kite: From the city of Searchlight, go east on hwy 164 for apporx. 4-6 miles. When you go under the BIG steel structured po...

Hey Jim,

Lake Mojave is south of Lake Mead/Hoover Dam approx. 50 miles on the Colorado River.

There was an article about his kite boat at KiteForum, but I'm not sure how to access it now.

Peter Lynn Kite Boat

Just got back from the NABX (North American Buggy Expo) which is held in the Mojave Desert. There were over 100 kiters (to include Peter Lynn) from 6 different countries. Being able to spend 4 days kiting, buggying, kite boating and just hanging out and BSing around Peter Lynn was very educational (...

Mille Lacs was Rockin!

Went to Malmo and found a herd of kiters (or is it a flock of kiters)!

Thanks to Jason and Board Sports for loaning us the Ozone 12 & 14 meter kites.

Thanks to Mike B. and Jerry S for the help in trying to show me how to get some air!

What a blast!

We kited off Malmo last Sunday & Monday. EXCELLENT SNOW! We were able to drive out the public access and drove 2+ miles out and still had great snow.

If winds are up Saturday, I'm there!

Unfortunatly, I won't be able to make it to Coach's BBQ. I will be busy sharpening my lawn mower blades, putting the screens back on and fixing a couple holes in my roof. Well......I guess the roof repair can wait until Sunday. Chuck PS. I just got done washing my truck. It will be nice to have it l...
