My view after one year of winter kiting is that the danger level is comparable to other more 'traditional' sports...i.e. Football, Hockey, Skiing, Snowboarding, ETC. The only difference is that you need to be more aware and use common sense. Kiting seems to be a common sense sport...let your guard d...

Always have all your gear with you, including a lawnchair.

...and if its winter time, always have your gear with you to include jigsticks.

Hey- I had a good time yesterday flying with everybody. Man there was a couple people really flying off of those jumps, that was cool. I didn't get a chance to meet many people we were all to busy flying. Imagine that. That was by far the most snow I have kite skied in to date. No Ice that was nice....
