I was on deer lake in st. croix falls wi. it was a fun sesh all in all. about six inches of untouched snow on most of the lake. cars and trucks on it.

I must add, I am forcing myself not to take any napps for the next few hours to be safe. I did hit hard. I made a rookie mistake and let the kite get too far to the edge of the window and stalled mid flight. Please wear your protective gear.

I was riding a farmers field when a chunk of frozen dirt cought the front edge of my board. I body dragged until I crashed the kite on a metal roof. it has damaged on the bridle side of a cell and some inner damage. I need a pro. the rip is about 12in along a seem.

I have kited for 4-5 years now on snow and land but I want to go try milly water kiting. I have a 12m x-bow and a 135 Best balsa. I'm just wondering if I head up in week or so, could someone teach me some body drag technique and self rescue.

I'm there. This is a win-win kite awareness and cancer research money . Plus the whole warm fuzzy feeling of doing something for others.

I just ordered a set of Flow step-in's. Steve B. showed me his and I fell in love with them. Most of the snowkite boards are ok to use downhill. Nobile has a vid that states this about there board particularly.

I just finished reading up on the gloves and the link to the gloves above is wrong. Those only work by plugging in to a motorized vehical.

I remember last year I was on WBL from 9am to 4pm in -30 wind chill. Tighe saw me out there a bit under dressed and gave me warmers for my boots and gloves.
