Hillbilly shorts, hip and tailbone pads: $50
knee and elbow pads: $40
Helmet: $120

boosting 20 feet high landing hard on my back slamming my head with enough force to make me have a brief religious expieriance. then brush myself off and ride away pain free: Priceless

I must add, I am forcing myself not to take any napps for the next few hours to be safe. I did hit hard. I made a rookie mistake and let the kite get too far to the edge of the window and stalled mid flight. Please wear your protective gear. :D

Even with the decent snow here in Sioux Falls, I went back to the truck to get my butt/back pad at the first opportunity. I am hoping Alexandria has a little better base on the lakes but padding is still a must for me too.

Had a good laugh and shared your post with my wife.

I was on White Bear Lake and Medicine Lake yesterday here in the metro and liked WBL a little better. Both are getting better and the .5"+ snowfall last night will only move conditions in the right direction. Snow has bonded to the ice.
