I must add, I am forcing myself not to take any napps for the next few hours to be safe. I did hit hard. I made a rookie mistake and let the kite get too far to the edge of the window and stalled mid flight. Please wear your protective gear.

Even with the decent snow here in Sioux Falls, I went back to the truck to get my butt/back pad at the first opportunity. I am hoping Alexandria has a little better base on the lakes but padding is still a must for me too.

I was on deer lake in st. croix falls wi. it was a fun sesh all in all. about six inches of untouched snow on most of the lake. cars and trucks on it.

I was on White Bear Lake and Medicine Lake yesterday here in the metro and liked WBL a little better. Both are getting better and the .5"+ snowfall last night will only move conditions in the right direction. Snow has bonded to the ice.
