Details on the Mille Lacs crossing??

I am interested in the crossing this year and was wondering on what time the crossing will start. Cannot be up on Friday but plan on driving up Saturday morning. Anyone have more details than what was on the form?

Thank you!

I needed that. What a great ride in the metro today. I went out to Medicine Lake and from a distance the lake didn't look as strong as I hoped. So I rigged the 8.4 loft (with a little xtra downhaul) and used my 150 liter Pacific. What a sweet rig. I made it past a rather large wind shadow and once I...

I went out today as well. Decent 6.5 wind for a bit then the big stuff had to come out. Looks like tomorrow should be rockin. A perfect forecast for a workday (becoming windy in the afternoon/evening)

Sunday would be perfect, I don't have to work. But I'll take what I can get! With a front moving through I think Sunday afternoon/evening and Monday maybe the best oppurtunities, provided the sky's are not electric. Thanks guys, it is nice to have people to rely on with more weather knowledge than I.
