Re: Saturday Looking Good
I'm thinking like Rob; stay local at Waconia then hit reggae at Chaska river city days from 6-8pm; rock/roll after that.
ENJOY

Re: Saturday Looking Good
I am trying to get Dawn and Laurel to go if it is Milly.
If Waconia, I'll likely just head out while they go shopping. Seriously. That is their decision: shop for clothes for Laurel (growing like a WEED), or play in the water.
I assume that I might just go to Waconia. But I'll be dreaming of Sheep tonight, so you never know, FH is tempting. (only an hour farther than Waconia, right?)

Hey Rob
I might head north for some wind on saturday, no launch on clear lake, Iowa in the summer for NW wind. Washington lake looks closer than Waconia. Milly is too far for a day trip. Would like to be where there will be some folks kiting?

Waconia it is for me. Experimental and NOAA ADDS are calling for some pretty good winds. Enjoy the day wherever you go.

Hey Steve - Waconia or Washington will be good. Give me a shout if you make it this far. Heading to Washington.

Re: Saturday Looking Good
Waconia will likely have some boat traffic today so windsurfers and kiters should remind themselves and your fellow windriders to stay well clear of the main boat ramp and launching area. NW wind tends to suck you right into the boat launch area if you are not paying attention, but there is plenty of room upwind and downwind of the ramp for us to launch and land. Have a nice day!
