Heading north for eipc conditions

Post by Stroh »

I am planning to head to lake vermillion for few days this weekend. I am guessing there should be around 12inches of fresh powder with an edgeable base. it would be cool to see some kiters up there.

still deciding when to go... probably friday or saturday

Some of my snowmobiling buds were up on Crane and Kabetogama lake this past weekend and mentioned that there was well over a foot of new snow there. Not much wind this weekend though :x

Jim.
I got to ride in corpus and padre, the corpus scenes very flat since they outlawed kites at bird island.
It was super, amazingly warm and great winds.

I ended up staying local... the forecast was 5-10 for each day, but it ended up being 10-20 each day.

I put some pics up...
