We drove for hours and found decently deep snow (2-5 inches) just west of Bismarck... but there was no wind in the evening. Alright, for all you anxious to hit the snow, Gand Forks (where I'm at) got 1 inch... not much.... But it was enough to pop the snowkiting cherry.
