I spent last weekend in Manitowish Waters/Boulder Junction area. Snow was pretty decent on the lakes. 1'' of slush, with about 3/4 inches of nice snow on top. Forecast is for a chance of snow all weekend.

any snowboard edgable lakes on the st. paul side of the cities??? Trying to find somewhere within an hour drive.

For $625 I got a new 07 bar, and basically a new 06 kite. Thats cheaper than I got my last kite 2nd ...

Check out the best website, under pre-owned gear. They are starting to post lots of 06 waroo's. All different colors and sizes. From $300-500. The kites don't come with bars, but that still seems like a pretty good deal for a cheap flat kite. I picked up a 12, can't wait for the water to freeze!
