Re: St. Mary's Wednesday
Hey Mike, thanks for getting me to try a new spot, definately will be back on north wind. Wind picked up soon after you left but didn't last long, had a few good runs but could have used the 8.5. That is an awsome run in the straps all the way across. All in all a glorious day, fall colors and warm ...

muscle fatigue
I recently started Advocare products, yesterday I tried a product called "muscle fuel". I surfed white bear over 3 hours on 7.2 in all that up and down junk. It really helped my endurance and muscle fatigue I usually have, and extended my session. This is a hobby business of mine- just loo...

Byllesby?
Does tomorrow (wed) look good for byllesby? Is that a good place
and is it worth the drive from White Bear? I'm on a tight time schedule
and it would mean 2hrs less sailing than staying on the bear. Thanks for
any input.

Re: I want to windsurf in Alaska
Check out turnagain arm, must be surfed on incoming tide for safety, 25 foot tides are like a raging river, Skilak lake south of anchorage also sounds good, check out video. My brother lives in Kenai but his gear is a little old. (80's)
