Byllesby?

Post by Brian M »

Does tomorrow (wed) look good for byllesby? Is that a good place
and is it worth the drive from White Bear? I'm on a tight time schedule
and it would mean 2hrs less sailing than staying on the bear. Thanks for
any input.

Byllesby is great BUT to truly enjoy the benefits of the lake the wind needs to stay straight West. Then you get the magic corduroy ride that Bylles is known for. If it goes NW there are better spots. Looks like more it's going W to NW so I'd hold off for a truly Big West - then Bylles or Pepin WI are the spots.

Looks like the wind will be perfect for the Wac. I'll try to get out after work if the wind is still up.
