I had very similar problems when I first moved up here. To many beach references that you would have NO way of knowing unless you had been there on prior trips. As a fellow out of towner I would be more than happy to give directions as I have been a courrier lately and know the city pretty well now....

Dont bring your sedans out on the lake, you need 4 wheel to get to the island.
