So i had an awesome day out on the west side at Kite Island this weekend.
Finally i am starting to understand the mystery of staying upwind.
I had a terrible accident tho right before i went out for my sesh.
I have Burton Ruler boots from last year(the kind that has just the two lace pull string system).
One of the lace loops broke off from the stitching of the boot.
Took it to a shoe repair place and the guy pretty much told me that I am screwed.
Any advice or knowledge of boot repairs is really appreciated.
Have a great and SAFE day out there in the strong COLD wind today.
Peace
Mark

Re: HELP!!
Mark. Burton has a very good warranty system, I would take it to the dealer you bought them from and ask to see if he thinks it's a warranty.
Laces and spare parts you can get at the House board shop, they usually have some in stock, but the loop I'd try getting a warranty pair first.
If they turn you down have a look at the 32 boots. My current pair are 3 years old and showing no indications of padding out or wear.Very happy with them.
