Kevin Gratton's WINDPOWER CHAMPIONSHIPS-from the Great State of Wisconsin-This weekend!

Its a double header for Wisconsin folks! Kevin Gratton's Windpower and then I flipped open the latest Windsurfing Magazine and found (almost) the center fold, is none other than Wisconsin's Tour Da Croix promoter...ARNIE CLEVELAND!
