Lake Ontario can be good. Frenchmans Bay in Pickering is good for SW-SE, nice big beach. Oshawa beach in Oshawa is where lots of kiters hang out.

Beaverton (1 1/4 hours) on Lake Simcoe is good for NW-SW. Goderich is the same but farther.

Kingston can rock on a SW, but mostly only in the fall, summers tend to be light, and its 2.5 hours from TO.

Hope it helps, checked the weather, doesnt look too windy though.

I don't know the accuracy of these personally, but this has been a useful site...
