The Challenge Cup is this weekend on Mille Lacs.
Meet at the beach across from the Y-Club.

It's a regatta, which means a minimum of 4 races which are scored together to get a final result. In the past it has been the regional championship. As far as the "cup", maybe you're supposed to wear one?
