For Free: 105l WS board

Post by freejoshua7 »

1995 Seatrend 811 accelerator

105 liters, 273 cm long, nose width 27 cm, mid width 55 cm, tail width 34cm

Tuttle box, no fin included

There is a catch, I would sell it but I don't think I could get more than $100 for it. And really I don't need $100. So I'll give it away to the right person.

This is not a beginner board. I bought it in 95' and have only sailed it the right way once, but I have another board that helped me progress to a point where I could sail it. Now I love the other board and don't have room in my my life for 2 similar sized boards.

The person has to know the basics of waterstarting, and be able to use the straps and harness on a bigger board. You have to be broke, I won't give it to someone who is just too cheap to buy better equipment. I don't need to see financial statements, but you better not roll up in an escalade. NO moochers, you need to keep this board, or give it to someone else. I better not see it on Ebay the next week or ever.

And you have to be a true boardhead, windsurfing even in landlocked Minnesota is a way of life. If it doesn't make your significant other jealous then you're not a boardhead. So I won't take requests by email or phone, unless you know who I am and I know who you are.

Otherwise I alternate between Da' bear, Calhoun, and waconia. If you can figure out who I am, just ask me for the board and its yours. I drive a white car, ride a blue board, and have a distinguishing tattoo on my arm.

I will also trade it for lessons from an expert and they are free to do with it as they will. But my jibe is almost dialed in. And I pretty much just want to learn how to speed loop.

I would also trade it for an 90 - 80 liter board
