It was on and off this morning, there were a couple of 45 minute periods of steady strong wind, gusty and spotty though. had a news helicopter hovering over me for about 15 minutes around 0830 (chanel 5 i think) unfortunately i didn't give them much of a show.
Kurt it was fun kiting with you, fun to see those spin moves. thanks for the photo shoot. i saw someone videotaping you with a huge camera and tripod as i was packing up. looked like a news camera crew. drove off in a white minivan. hope the rest of the day went well.

The news crew were sorta my doing. We had planned a shoot up at Ramsey but at the last minute I changed it because I thought Ramsey wouldn't work on a SW. Oops my bad. Hopefully they caught some of you guys.

The interest was in a lesson Jeff and I were going to give a 14 year old AND his grandparents. They had been planning this as a special day for quite awhile. Jeff did a great job with them on Minnetonka.
