I brought this up earlier this year, but since then I found a MUCH better tool/service here -> http://www.flagr.com/maps/kitesurfing

It's social map tagging mashup thingie site, thought it was Very Cool... We could list our favorite spots worldwide! maybe even get the kids from the other areas to submit their's too! it could be AWESOME!!! ok, getting carried away, but anywho, i added a couple of the local LoCals, add yours!
