Best review is the review you make after demoing a kite. Unfortunately there are so many biased, opinionated, reviews out there it is difficult to get the straight scoop. It would be great if there was an unbiased source for reviews but there just isn't. Also, what works elsewhere may not make sense here. The conditions our lakes offer are fairly unique and would effect the priorities in a review.

Best advice is to try and demo as many kites as you can. Talk to people about what they're riding. There are a lot of great kites out there.

Although not as good as trying out kites for yourself, here is another site with user reviews: http://www.kite-surf.com/
