looks like the t-storms are going to hold off till evening. If you have the day come up and ride at Malmo or Reedy. Both look like great options for tuesday. I'm going to try and get out to Reedy after work (around 4) for a good afternoon session (if the rain holds off).

Milly was amazing yesterday. The termo effect was high (lots of wind up high) and the swell was great for right hand jumps. I had some of the loftiest hangtime jump of my life. The best thing about those warm day, cold water, south wind days on Mille laks is the smooth surface. No nasty chop, because there is really very little wind close to the surface. It's easy to maintain your edge, even when you get overpowered in the up drafty wind.

P.S. Jon, the flies were in full force still yesterday, hopefully these storms kill them off.

Eric,
were the flies in the water still? I think I can manage them in the air and on my kite but drinking them is just nasty  I think I will have to just deal with them this weekend  or maby I will just go to IA.

What kite were you on? waconia, I started on a 20... overpowered then a 16... perfect for about 30min.... then overpowered finaly I decided to take out the 10..... good decision :D :D jumps under a 10m are so fun.... effortless Air
