Head for the hills

Post by Pete »

I reckon it might be a good day fer you city folk to head on out into them there farm fields down near Hastings and such. Perhaps the extreme rolling hills East of New Trier? 17" Hastings, 12" Welch, there's gotta be some sweet terrain begging to be blasted between, in and around there!

I stopped by "Richard's" Rolling farm field on my way home this morning. It's only 8 miles from home so I'm going to hit that today as it's rideable...nothing like what could be found in the Red Wing /Hastings territory. Perhaps on Thursday a trip in that direction is in order.

Some photos from Richard's farm today. Had my longest flights ever, too bad these shots did not capture any of them.

Hit Welch Village yesterday for some sweet midwestern powder. The farm fields in the Cannon Falls/Hastings are full of snow, ready to ride.
