The Peter Lynn Boat looks like a really good time and something that he might love! Probably a little more expensive then a board, but definatly cool and a way for him to ride on the water too.

If you contact him again, let him know I'd be willing to help him out in any way to get out riding...free of charge of course. We could try a kayak, or maybe something needs to be custom made. Funny we were just talking about this area the other night.

I've seen pictures of someone using a surfboard with a kite after he lost his legs to a shark. He uses a waist harness and just sits on the board. Might be another cost effective option.
