Ice Boating Lake Okabena

This year Lake Okabena is perfectly smooth and minimal snow. The ice is as smooth as...(you can fill this in).

Today, Tim Toso brought out an ice boat, I never thought it would appeal.
Eau Contere! This little craft was as swift as anything I could have imagined. The ice quality is incredible and even under 10 to 12 knt. breezes the speed was there.
I guess winter sports on the lake are more viable than I had thought . I'm in need of an ice boat of my own , anybody out there with a few extras they don't want.

Check out your options for an ice board rather than an ice boat to use with your windsurfing rigs. They are alot of fun.
