Anyone know if this wind is going to hold thru the day?

Hi!!! according to the weather forecast in lakawa it will be blowing all day;
i expect going to Waconia after work, hopefully it will be still windy!!

Thanks, I was hoping it would hold, but the wind has died here. I knew the NOAA reports of wind at white bear 21 gusts to 30 this morning were too good to be true or too good to hold I should say. Just got some rain here. Wait n'see I guess....

I just got back from Calhoun and it was blowing this morning then when I finally made it out there, the wind died

Thanks for the report. It's such a bummer when the projections don't hold. Especially after getting it all out there. I think it's time to start praying for wind. I would love a repeat of our last weekend....Oh well, time to do the chores I guess.

Hey do you usually kite in WBL? for me it will be better drive there than to Waconia during the week after work....please let me know and we can meet there guys; i have been there but i havent seen kiters there. BUt WBL is closer for me,

Hey TJ, I don't kite, but they do kite there. Sailed Ramsey last night with a couple kiters and about six poleboarders. Well, our rain has past and the wind has picked back up at bit. Hmmmm.....
