Monday?

Post by Eric S »

Tomorrow is looking kind of good! I'm thinking about heading to Mille Lacs with kite as backup tomorrow. Anyone else have any ideas?

Lets ride some swell on milacs if the wind is good, I have all day.

Would reddy creek work or will it be to offshore for a sw wind.

works good for se-sw. I'm checking back in the morning. Might hit Green for sailing if it looks like it's forcast now.

I'll be heading to Cannon unless something goes terribly wrong at work!

The whole southern half of the state looks good tomorrow. Waconia should be good, may need the small kites and sails. Cannon is always sweet on a SSW.

If it is up big I'll surf Cannon, if it is lighter I'll kite Waconia.

enjoy

I gotta be somewhere in the cities in the afternoon, so I was thinking of spending the morning at Waconia. I got a 122 Slingshot Misfit I got to try.

yeah, I had a blast on the 5.2 and it last week. I want a slightly bigger fin for those conditions but otherwise it rocked. Very smooth and loose. The only challenge for me was keeping it from turning too quickly in the jibe. The thing will pivot on a dime if you want, killing most of the drive. A power jibe, powered all the way through took intention to draw out.

Can't wait for a big day at Father Hennepin, or Pepin, or Byllesby. Maybe today at Cannon.
