I think that maybe it's not the "Facebook Craze" that is causing sailors NOT to chime in on Lawaka chat,,,(Maybe partly the cause) but

Maybe some of YOU just don't know HOW to register in order to contribute or answer posts on the Lakawa.

I say this because the number of "visits" to posts on The Chat section and Classified section have high numbers of "visits" or "viewings" but very few replies and very few posts.

You first have to read the directions or "rules" on the "how to register" post on the Chat section. The last part of that (in order to register) is that

you have to come up with the correct answer to a very strange (bizarre) question. Thus, most people don't anwer correctly. And honestly you won't be able to answer

the question correctly unless you call Mike, (the "Web-master) to find the correct answer. Mike is very nice and will help you with this and he will give it to you.

The question is designed this "tricky" way as a protection against bad e-mail or against scams and against Spam. It's really good to it this way. It's the only way

to protect this website. So if you are honestly interested in being able to participate in Lawaka, give Mike a call. Otherwise you're welcome to "just" read the posts,
but it is more fun to participate.
