I was doing some work yesterday in Ham Lake and realized how close I was to Coon Lake. I thought I would check it out and there was about 4-6 inches if snow on the entire lake and plenty of ice houses. There are two public launches I was at the one on the east side of the lake
Has anyone ever been to Coon Lake to kite or sail? Does anyone live in that neck of the woods?
Yes, coon lake is pretty nice, real shallow the only thing I have ever done on it was ice fish, but if the houses are already out there then the ice should be good to go, but still be careful!
