Lake Koronis?

Post by Barry P »

I'll be at Lake Koronis, near Paynesville, MN, for a weekend... Any kiting suggestions? Best launches? It looks shallow and sandy on Google Earth. Weedy?

Barry...I don't think Koronis is very kiter frindly with the high topography around it. Try Minniwaska or Green. I have only Freeskated Koronis...Maybe you could find that undescovered access... :)

Barry,

I agree, I went to school at St. John's and it is nothing but rolling hills in that area. Minni would be worth a shot, it's a big lake and I think it would a really good time to ride!
