There is a thin layer of rainwater on the ice. If it refreezes tonight without snow it could be virgin black ice again tomorrow. one problem , with these warm temps the ice is little scary. There have been some ice heaves and huge cracks that refroze. Make sure you bring a friend and ice climbing gear if you venture out . Im out of here again until Sunday so I hope you all skate fast and take chances!
