Bladder Install Advice

Post by JoshE »

Does anybody have any expert advice for first time bladder replacement/install? My kite is a T2 14, I've tried sending it through a few times but I keep getting twists. When I try to give it a partial pump the twists seem to be near the plastic fittings that come out. I did a search in the knowledge base and watched this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBWovk0Kz0E

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, JoshE

Couple of hints:
powder the bladder with baby powder in a bag prior tio insertion
Fold the bladder up like a slinky/accordion to aid feeding it in.
Lay the kite out so the LE sleeve is flat, seam to seam.
Feed the bladder in seam to seam as well

Hope that helps

I'll give the powder trick a shot & take any arc out of the LE out before I feed it in. Fingers crossed. Thanks.
