Anyone considering the Father Wed. I'm taking a therapy day and am trying to decide where to go.

Terry Dunklee and I kited FH last Tuesday. They put up a winter wind fence at back(parking lot side) of sand box that day and they were going to put one up close to shore at front (water side of sand box) but we talked them out of it for that day. They were going to do it Wed and per someone else who stopped by there they did put it up. It just means very little land to launch land kite.

WE RODE FH LAST WEEKEND. The fences were only a minor inconvenience. Don't let that stop enjoyment of the EPIC SESSions at that launch. I'd guess it was HUGE there today. We rode at Bellaire, & then moved to Wildwood for some @$$ kickin' gusts. Nice crowd of E-siders tearin' it UP! Hope Jenn captured some of the MONSTER  MOVES that went down.

Ended up at Malmo, checked Father H and at the time the wind had mostly west in it. I could see waves, they just were not blowing into the beach area, Headed to Malmo and Jeff, Eu Han, Brian,Lizz, and a windsurfer and I shared the area. started light then it full on cranked, , the wind clocked northerly then but it was still really good. . It was a great day. Nice to have the space on the lake that cooler water kiting brings.
