The sailing school island on Tonka was excellent today. We all should have been there yesterday. The wind is so much cleaner down there and there are kickers scattered all over.

I launched out there yesterday...Super fun! Yeah the ice house community that was out there at one point left a pretty fun kite park out there.
Hoping to get out there tomorrow or out West in a field or somethin...
Glad to hear it was a good sesh out there today...I wanted to get out there bad but had a rare day of work to do.

just google map Lake Minnetonka Sailing School and you will see where the island is. Over by Carson's bay... Usually good access for a car down near park ave. But I usually park in cottagewood and rig up by Baskerville's point. Little wind shelter for launching and you don't have to drive out then..
