Slingshot DEMO at the Crossing

I just received this from Chris Schey from Slingshot:

Hello from Hood River, everyone!

I will be making my way out for this years crossing. Laura really stepped up to the plate and drove there so I was able to load her with basically the whole 2010 Slingshot line-up. 1 full quiver of Octane's and 1 full quiver of RPM's and key size 2010 Fuels. 2 sizes of each board type (Lunacy,Misfit,SX) and even the glide coming... Brought 3 surf boards that your gonna love and even scooped the Avizo carbon 5'5" Doc. So were gonna have a really legit demo for MN. Can't wait to get out there!

IS THAT OUR FORMER HOME TOWN GAL, Laura Mayer, that is trucking out the SS gear? Sounds like she'll need a SEMI to haul all that! I was grateful that she was in the rescue boat at the last Crossing. It appears there may actually be WIND this time.

cant wait to check out the new lineup. i have read a lot about the new products and i really want to try out the octane. very cool they are bringing all the gear--hopefully mother nature will bring the wind.

Yeah I was amazed at all the gear Laura and Chris brought. I'm loving the new gear. I didn't think the boards had evolved all that much as of late, but boy was I wrong. The new construction and tweaks to the form really have made for very distinctive rides.

Lots of smiles coming off the water that day.
