This is great if you work for a company with an employment health plan. I think that kites and boards would qualify but something like wetsuits and shirts would not.
But it's still a bit contradictory from a business perspective because, as an active participant in active sports like snowboarding or kiting, one is far more prone to injury than a couch potato. Then again, a broken bone is far more cheap than heart surgury...
