Looks like a couple of nice ones w/ South wind at Mille Lacs on Thu & Fri. I think my bod's ready for another thrashing. Anybody else game? Please post if you plan to go!! :wink: JN :idea:

Im planning to drive up for thursday to do some kiting. It will be my first time at Milles Lac, so I hope to meet some new friends. :D Its a seven hour drive so I pray it will blow...

Holy crap! If greg is going to drive seven hours to make the party, I'll try to make the 40 minute drive and try to be there too. Sounds like a good time!

Im driving from madison wisconsin. I have three days off and prefer to kite than sit around... I hope you guys are right about the forecast! I have never been there and it sounds good. Am I right?

Looks like a bigger squeeze than previously predicted. I'll be up there about 11, first checking Hunters for SW, and probably traveling on to Malmo or Carlsona, depending on direction and strength. A forecast like this is worth that seven hour drive as we all know how sweet a strong southerly on Mille Lacs is. Chris...looking forward to sharing more air time with you. Did any of you Superior crew get out a couple days ago? I saw it came up late, but couldn't miss my appointment with the Allman Brothers band.
