Well, Last Friday I had my opening day for Windsurfing 2025. Last year it was on March 1st.

I sailed the bigger lake of the Waseca lakes, (know as "also Clear Lake"). There are about 20 Lakes in Minnesota and Iowa called "Clear Lake."

Everybody wants to call their lake "the Clear, Clean lake." Why not call it "Clean Lake?" Well the water was "icy" and thus no Weeds!!!!

The winds were gusting in the early 20's but the real wind was around 17-18 and I was on my 125 Tabou Rocket and Ezzy 7.5 freeride sail.

I was slogging a lot and had fun in the long gusts that would last for a full minute sometimes! It was 80 degrees and I was in a Dry-suit, so I'm glad

that I forgot my hood in the car. It was a good time! By the way ya know you're on a big enough lake that when schlogging your thinking, "Man, it's it take twenty to get back to my launch site, but when the gust comes on strong, you're back in one minute!!!!!

Eric (Quetzalcoatl out).

Oh,,,,by the way anyone else get out on the water yet, or was it just me!

Winsurfing on the Rise, para siempre!
