Anniversary trip but want to windsurf - Virgin Islands/Carib

10 year anniversary trip to plan (and probably going in early December). I want to be able to windsurf easily so a Vela or something similar is nice, but the trip is for my 10 year wedding anniversary so my wife wants a traditional type of resort (pools, nice room, services, etc.).

I've narrowed it down to a few places
- St. Martin cause it is in the Virgin Islands where I have never been and it is the only VI with a Vela/rental place. Still need to check on how it has recovered since Irma last year.

- Bonnaire cause this is the best windsurfing spot from what I hear. Not sure about resorts though

- Aruba cause it is the safe option. Definitely can windsurf and has big resorts now. I have heard that windsurfing isn't as great now though because it is so busy and resorts on the water mess with the wind.

Interested to hear any opinions/experiences with windsurfing or resorts (or VRBOs/timeshares/etc).

I have been to Aruba and multiple times to Bonaire. Call me if you want my insight on those two spots.
