Yes: I'm BACK! Quetzalcoatl here, with another great sea sailing story!
Just got back from S. Padre, and YEAH there was wind on those 90ish degree days! Friday,(May18th) SE steady wind at 26 mph (some ocassional gust at 30ish)
and I sailed the whole day on a 85 liter AHD windsurfboard and 5.5 Ezzy Panther.
Day 2 and 3 lesser winds but still planning all day.
One day a bike ride with girlfriend, and yesterday sailing on a big board, big sail. (basically a schlog fest). But. "To score three out of four, I really can't ask for more!"
Eric out. PS: Oh, I even got a "Curtasy Call" from Minnesota while I was getting ready for my last day of sailing. Profesor Rob called me to inform me of some good deals he's got.
I checked his list of Wind gear on Lakawa Classified section,,and "you" the reader ought to check out Profesor Rob's List of equipment. There's really some fantastic deals. For Example,
he's selling an XL Polar Dry suit for 180 dollars in great condition, with new neck and hand gaskets. There's a great Chinook boom and more! Really, you ought out to check his list out,,it doesn't get any better then this! I, unfortunately am forbidden from obtaining any more gear until....until well "the Profesor knows why."
