That's I'll I need if that's what it's to be! air temp. just shy of 44 degree, but Wind blowing from N-NW at 22 mph!

Come on down, SPRING IS ALMOST 1/3rd over! Get it when you can.

Update on ice conditions on Clear Lake...Today, April 5, 2018, hard to believe, but it's only half open for open water on Clear Lake, IA.

I'd drive down to Clear Lake (sailed there once before) but the forecast for there is the same as here: rain.

Rain is good! We're wet anyway, when you're out doing deep waterstarts. I think Friday, the 13th is the better windy day.

The only thing that is worrisome is the possibilityy of Lightning strikes! Yike! Kriky!
