Friday, March 16th, Iowa will be colder than Minnesota!

A couple lakes are open but because it'll be windier 20-30 mph on Friday,,highest air temps. there will be only 39 degrees in Southern Iowa and

40 at Polk City, (Des Moines are). But...Red Wing will have a high of 44 degrees!
