A little more to my Sunday sailing story.....

When I was rigging my sail in the grass I realized that I had stepped on a wet dog pie! Well,,,as unfortunate as this was I've been told that in some cultures (according to my Cambodian friend) she said this brings good luck!

And I think it did! Because I just had a very good windsurfing sesh. with steady 20 mph wind.

At the end of my two hours, I came too close to a wind shadowed area of the lake and blew a gybe and fell into the

only weed bed of the lake. It took a couple minutes to get out of there. And when I climbed onto my board (covered in long stringy weeds) I Looked like "Weed Man."

So, there was balance to this session.
