Are you part of the 28.6% or the 100%?

It's hard to believe with windsurfing on my mind 24 seven,

that I really only have a CHANCE to get out on the water 28.6% of any given week (and that's if I'm lucky to have wind)!
This is due to the fact that I work Monday through Friday (dayshift) and only have the weekend free.
What about those of you who are free every day...(I mean if you work a nightshift/then sleep in to morning and sail in afternoons) or if you have retired, Do you guys worry about getting enough (TOW) "time on the water?"

Anyway I'm part of the 28.6 percent,,,,that's the most I get on any given week,,(unless I ask for a day off).

Oh...the 100 percent refers to those sailors who could (if they wanted, and if there's wind) sail any day of the week.
