RAIN RAIN GO AWAY>>> 15" of rain on the Hana coast overnight last night! Flash flooding everywhere. North Shore blowin' 15. Ho-hum. Kite Beach rained out.

Kihei was where its at - Blowin up to 35 today!! had to go back to Kevin's to change rigs down to 4.5. Really wierd how its lame on the North Shore today but howlin' in Kihei.

Met with Pete Cabrinha today and got the low-down on his new RECON release>recovery>relaunch system. THIS SYSTEM IS ONO! "The best" spinning leash>security system>relaunch out yet. Its much like Alex's system with leach cord but goes much further.

Well time to kick back and suckem' up brah! Hopefully Kite Beach will be back in business tommorrow.

Hope to vacation in Maui next winter. Have 3 families to put up. Let me know more about your experience with the Coconut Cove complex and if it would be good for a larger group with not all being windsurfers/Kiters.

You betcha bradha! Pack'em in here! I was in the Paia Wing of the Long House. You can sleep'em under the house if you don't mind the 5" centipedes!
