Sorry, I'm not sure if there is a better spot to post my question about launch location. I checked out the locations where to kite and specifically Duluth, since that's where I will spend a lot of my time whilst home visiting in July and August. I see under the "Lakes" section about where to launch for Lake Superior and harbor-side. I'm wondering if anyone knows specifically where to go on Barker's Island and if it is a decent self-launch spot. Also, any other good lakes/launch sites around the Duluth area that anyone knows about? Thanks much!
