Gonna head to kite island to embrace the beginning of the day, while playin with my kite. Plenty of room in that sandbox, if anyone wants to join in.

I spent about 5 hours on Medicine Lake starting before sunrise. Wonderful session on skis. My GPS watch generated this plot and has me covering over 24 miles with a top speed of 22.7 mph.

What a blast!

Great Dawn Patrol. Something about the stillness of the dawn. Very peaceful. Snow was plenty soft for quite a bit of swayin'. Had the first hour to myself then John, Scott, Lloyd, Torrispacedog, and Mike joined in. Thanks Mike and Lloyd for checking on me after my spill.

Happy, thank you, more please.

Man, those powder pics look awesome! I am usually a Sunday morning kiter but I tried on Saturday at Calhoun and Harriett instead. I didn't listen to my own rule, don't bother below 10mph on my 10M.

Glad you guys had a good time!
