Monday winds

Post by Barry P »

50s and West winds.

Does anyone know if the Waconia DNR launch open (free of ice) or not?

I'd love to get one more water session.

Would also like to squeeze in one more session. (December in MN?) Did you find out whether water is open near the DNR landing?

I'm betting on Margarita ice. Heading over there now.

Wonderful sunny 11M session yesterday. NO ICE! Steady winds. Jim was getting huge jumps.

WOW!!!!!!!! What an incredible day/session.
Barry-you da man! You were riding in ice water
for two hours. The wind was maybe the best of
thi years because it was running 21-26mph. It
was the steadiest wind of the season for me. We
had such gusty winds with huge holes when we had
wind this summer(not complaining-just sayin). Not
including you great lake riders; how many of you can
say you have rode on unfrozen h2O in December in
Minnesota? I love this (54 degrees)global warmin stuff!!!!!!
Believe it or not I was wearing and just love my Hyperflex
4/3. I confess, I did have a Neo long sleeve top and Neo
shorts over my Hyperflex. I was toasty warm except for
my feet. Next time I"ll bring some warm water to put
inside my booties and maybe some Neo socks. Hey Santa
-I"d sure like to ride the WAC on Christmas day and not on
Skis if you catch my unfrozen drift!!!
