SHARPEN THE BLADES

Post by JERRY »

The ice is looking real sweet on the local lakes. :) Some areas should be ready to ride soon. 8)

Skated today on Ripley. :) About 3" in front of my house. Stayed close to shore for today.
Sharpened up the Freeskate and dug out the pads.

I am looking for some help. I have been windsurfing for 3 years, and have extensive iceboating experiance, so decided to build an ice board (freeskate). I am a little nervous about crashing the first time out, and would really love to go with somebody who actually knows what they are doing. Purchased knee pads, elbow pads, hillbilly padded shorts. What lakes is everybody going on this weekend??

Not all my toys are wind powered. But the windsurfer doesn't fit in the trunk!!
