problems going upwind

problems going upwind

hey guys im having problems going upwind on my kite. It is a 08 north rebel 14m. I only am able to go upwind when there is little or no wind and if i depower it i cant keep it up in the sky. when the wind is high all i do is get pulled out into the wind. Any suggestions?

check the line lengths, the front 3 lines are stretched out. all 5 lines should be the same length,with the bar pulled all of the way in. the real line adjustment is under the bar floats.
